A central character should have the most relationships in a story. 5. Problems we can identify with Things that come up in everyone's life. Allows the reader to easily put themselves in the moment. 6. Victims of Injustice 7. Humour 8. Intelligence 9. Virtue Love, honour, pity, pride(not arrogance), compassion, sacrifice... The strict opposite of the above can also be used for effect. |
